We hope that you love The Mindful Parenting Company boxes, but if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance, and we'll try to rectify it.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If you wish to return your box to us you will have fourteen working days to decide to do so. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your The Mindful Parenting Company box must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If this is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this usually takes a few days to credit your account. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have not received your refund after 5 working days of our notification to you that you will receive a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges for the UK can be requested if products are faulty or damaged and fall within the 14 day period by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should first contact us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For any returns, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Proof of postage is not sufficient if we do not receive the product.
