Whether you’re currently pregnant, your baby isn’t at the weaning stage yet, or you have already started your weaning journey, it’s good to know where to find some great resources, so I wanted to share them with you!
Unless advised otherwise by your health professional, evidence shows that babies should begin weaning onto food from around 6 months old.
There are two main ways to start weaning your baby on to food: Baby-led weaning, or purees. But did you know, there is a third option? You can do both! That’s right, you don’t have to stick to one method- do what works for you and your baby.
